  • Chairman and CEO: Lior Sher, J.D. was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of NexStep™ Mobility (2003-2007). From 2000 through 2003, Ms. Sher was VP of Corporate Communications at OccuLogix® Inc. (NASDAQ: OCCX) where she helped to introduce the Rheopheresis® technology into Canada. Ms. Sher graduated from the Empire School of Law in 1999. She previously held senior sales and marketing positions with a leading international fashion and modeling agency. As a former fashion model herself, Ms. Sher has dedicated much of her life to the study of healthy living, the science of nutrition and brand image development.
  • President and CMO - Richard Davis, MD was the Founder and former Chairman and CEO of OccuLogix (NASDAQ: RHEO), 1996 - 2003 where he commercialized the first technology for dry Age-related Macular Degeneration in North America and directly managed the largest FDA clinical trial in apheresis history. In 1994 Dr. Davis founded and was the first CEO of UroQuest® Medical Corporation and guided UROQ through its IPO in 1996 as its Chairman and Chief Science Officer. In 1989 Dr Davis founded and was the first CEO of Code Blue Medical Corporation which was sold to Ballard Medical, (NYSE: BMP) in 1992. Dr. Davis holds over 400 patents and trademarks worldwide. He received his M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia with honors and his BS, magna cum laude in Chemistry from Old Dominion University. Dr. Davis is a member of the American Mensa Society and serves as a Director for numerous boards and foundations.
  • Outside Director and General Counsel: Stan Johnson, JD has extensive corporate experience involving a wide range of industries, including: financial products, real estate, manufacturing, consumer products and retail. Mr. Johnson has been involved in management and board of director positions in both smaller start-up companies and established public companies; serving six years as Secretary, General Counsel and Director of a public company. In addition to Mr. Johnson's business and management experience, Mr. Johnson is a partner in the law firm of Cohen, Johnson & Day. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. degree in business administration from Brigham Young University and a J. D. degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law.
  • Outside Director: Steve Tullman is currently the co-founder Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Ception Therapeutics. Previously Mr. Tullman was Vice President of Global Corporate Development at Dr. Reddy Laboratories. Prior to joining Dr. Reddy's, Mr. Tullman was Co-Founder of Trigenesis Therapeutics, Inc. a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing products for dermatological indications. Mr. Tullman started his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry with SmithKline Beecham and worked for the company, now GlaxoSmithKline, for over fourteen years, holding positions of increasing management and decision-making responsibility and was ultimately the head of GlaxoSmithKline's Global Commercial Strategy for the Musculoskeletal, Inflammation and Dermatology Therapeutic Areas. Mr. Tullman is also a co-founder and currently a Director of Cutix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a privately held dermatology focused company. Mr. Tullman received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
