Cancellation of Orders
Web orders may only be suspended or cancelled if the product has not already been shipped. To cancel a web order, see "Cancellation of Orders" on the website or call: 1-800 221-3086
Shipping Policy
We normally ship products within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Our current shipping days are Monday Wednesday and Friday. However, orders received after 1 p.m. PST on our shipping days may need to be shipped on the next shipping day. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete street address. Domestically, Wellosophy uses USPS mail service. Wellosophy will not refund the cost of shipping for shipments which are returned undelivered. Wellosophy will not refund the shipping cost for products which are lost, damaged, or stolen in shipping.
Warnings
Wellosophy expressly warns the users of any of its dietary supplements and other products to observe to following instructions carefully:
- Always consult your healthcare provider before using any of Wellosophy's products
- All of Wellosophy's dietary supplement, weight management and nutritional products are intended for adult use only
- Keep Wellosophy's products out of reach of children
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
- If outer seal is broken upon receipt - do not open bottle or use or ingest contents, return for full refund
- If you have a bad reaction or adverse event from product usage, discontinue use immediately, call 911, or the nearest poison control center then notify your healthcare provider at once and notify Wellosophy by calling our adverse event line at 1-800-221-3086 as soon as possible thereafter.
- Prior to use, notify your healthcare provider if you are diabetic, pregnant, immuno-suppressed, lactating, breast-feeding, or are undergoing treatment or are under the supervised care for any disease or medical condition.
